The treatment (1 hour 30 minutes) includes:
- Foot bath and anamnesis (10 min): We will begin with a relaxing foot bath during which, through attentive dialogue, I will gather information about your needs in order to best personalize the treatment.
- Foot reflexology (20 min): The stimulation of the reflex points on the feet will promote energy rebalancing and deep relaxation.
- Personalized Ayurvedic massage (1 hour): With warm oils and specific maneuvers, the massage will work deeply to dissolve tensions, reactivate circulation, and harmonize your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha).

This 75-minute class will guide you through a complete experience:
- Grounding (5 min): We will start with grounding exercises to connect with our body and the earth.
- Warm-up (10 min): We will prepare the body for movement with a progressive warm-up.
- Dynamic sequences (45 min): We will explore fluid sequences of standing and floor postures, synchronizing the breath with each movement.
- Pranayama (5 min): We will devote time to conscious breathing practices (pranayama) to calm the mind and rebalance energies.
- Shavasana (10 min): We will finish with Shavasana, a deep relaxation posture to integrate the benefits of the practice.

Yin & Yang Yoga: Harmony between Movement and Stillness
Discover the perfect balance between energy and relaxation with the Yin & Yang Yoga class. This unique style combines the dynamic fluidity of Vinyasa with the deep stillness of Yin Yoga, for a holistic experience that works on the body, mind, and energy.
Course Structure (75 minutes):
- Grounding (5 min): We will start with grounding exercises to connect with our body and create a solid foundation.
- Warm-up (10 min): We will prepare the body for movement with a progressive and mindful warm-up.
- Yang Phase - Vinyasa Flow (25 min): Through dynamic posture sequences, we will activate the energetic flow (Prana) and work on the chakra system.
- Yin Phase (20 min): We will move into passive and deep postures, held for a long time, to release deep tensions and rebalance the energy meridians, according to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Pranayama (5 min): We will dedicate time to conscious breathing practices (pranayama) to calm the mind and harmonize the breath.
- Shavasana (10 min): We will finish with Shavasana, a deep relaxation posture to integrate the benefits of the practice.
